In recent years, with the rapid development of industry, agriculture, mining industry, medical, health, environmental protection, food, military and other ectors, the improving of the solid-state fermentation equipment has become an important issue.Though in china our fermentation industry has a long history, but until now, the development of fermentation equipment is very slow, particularly in the solid state fermentation, such as wine, vinegar, soy sauce, enzyme prapration, yeast feed production, etc. These areas basically use the old, workshop-style fermentation.
Poor conditions, great labor intensity, poor environmental conditions, especially temperature, humidity, air, mixing and other processes, are very difficult to guarantee.It is more difficult to avoid bacterial contamination, needless to guarantee quality.
The design of the GXQ series machine is based on Japanese Single-layer Chamber Disc Automatic Koji Making Machine,combined with the actual production process.GXQ Series of Double-solid-state Fermentation (Disc Koji Making Machine)uses mechanical operations, and the process of feeding, discharging and reversing in cultivating materials is done by machine.What’s more, workers don’t need directly contact with materials in the entire operation,which can avoid man-made pollution.
2. performance characteristics:
(1)Disc koji making machine consists of rotary disc driven by the external, turning koji structure, feeding and discharging structure, ventilation and air conditioner system, insulating shell and other components.The machine uses the special mixing blades to turn koji evenly and thoroughly; the discharging system uses the 45 degree floating baffle to leave little material; it also uses temperature control system and automatic alarm system;
(2)All parts are made of stainless steel,which owns the following advantages:less bacteria infection,easy to clean,long life,automatic temperature, humidity and air flow control. Microorganisms are always in a closed environment in the whole training process, so you can controlle the temperature, humidity and oxygen supplement through the observation window. Therefore it is more helpful to microorganism culture during the generation and development process.
(3)The machine reduces lab or,improves labor productivity and the working environment.The consumption of water,electricity and gas is lower than the conventional microbial culture flat-bed.
(4)The device integrates disinfection, cooling, feeding, vaccination, blast(exhaust) air, temperature regulation, humidity regulation, stir culture and fermentation discharge all together.
